Specific terms for each service engagement will be outlined in separate service agreements or statements of work.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by 42 Coffee Cups, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without prior written consent.

5. Client Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work products created by 42 Coffee Cups for clients shall be owned by the client upon full payment of all fees. 42 Coffee Cups retains the right to use generic methodologies, know-how, and experience gained during the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party during the course of any engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS COMPANY:
